If you wish to receive a cash refund, you must do so within the first 14 days of receiving the product.

All exchanges and returns will be physically checked before being accepted. Check that your products have no signs of use and still have their tags on before returning them.

Shipping costs are not refundable and all additional shipping will be borne by the customer.
