How long does shipping take during Black Friday?
Orders placed in the next two weeks may experience some delays. Our logistics warehouse will do everything possible to meet the established deadlines.

Can I use a discount code on items that are part of Black Friday?
The only time you'll be able to use an additional discount code is during early access, where you'll be able to enjoy an extra 10% discount.
During Black Friday week, no additional discounts will be applied to existing discounts.
Can I return items purchased on Black Friday?
During Black Friday and until the end of Christmas, we offer an extended period for exchanges and returns. This period lasts until January 15th, provided the conditions of the exchange and return policy regarding the quality and condition of the items are met.
