How can I pay?

We currently have the following payment methods available:

• Credit/Debit Card;
• MBWay (Portugal only);

Shipping Costs

Portugal and Spain: CTT Expresso - Free for purchases equal to or greater than €50.
Islands - Shipping cost €10.
Rest of Europe and other countries: the cost will be calculated during the purchase process.

When will I receive my order?

Order preparation should not take more than 2 business days after payment.

Delivery times:

Portugal - 1 to 2 business days.

Europe - 3 to 7 business days.

Rest of the World - 5 to 15 business days .

Can I make changes to my order after it has been confirmed?

For security reasons, you cannot exchange or cancel purchased items or change the shipping address once your order has been confirmed. Before finalizing your order, please ensure that all information is correct.

Can I pre-order an item?

We don't accept pre-orders. We want to keep sales fair for each customer.
