How can I pay?
We currently have payment methods available:
- Credit/Debit Card;
- Multibanco Reference (Only for Portugal);
- MBWay (Only for Portugal);
Shipping Costs
Portugal and Spain: CTT Expresso - Free for purchases of €50 or more.
Islands - Shipping cost of €10.
Rest of Europe and other Countries: the cost will be calculated during the purchase process.
When will I receive my order?
Preparing the order should not take more than 2 working days after payment.
Delivery times:
Portugal- 1 to 2 business days.
Europe - 3 to 7 business days.
Rest of the World - 5 to 15 business days .
Can I make changes to my order after it has been confirmed?
For security reasons, you cannot exchange or cancel purchased items or change the shipping address of your order once it has been confirmed. Before finalizing the order, you must be sure that all the details are correct.
Can I pre-order an item?
We do not make pre-bookings. We want to keep sales fair for each customer
